Upgrading or downgrading a subscription

Learn how to upgrade or downgrade your subscription either immediately or at the end of your current billing period.

Upgrading during trial

• Open Live Transcribe and tap "Subscribe Now" on the home screen.
• Click Start Your Subscription
• Confirm your selection by tapping the Subscribe button.

Upgrading after trial

• Open Live Transcribe and tap "Add More Time" on the home screen.
• Select "Manage" next to your current plan.
• Toggle to Monthly or Yearly

• Choose a new plan

  

Downgrade at end of your subscription period

• Go to iPhone/iPad Settings
• Tap your name
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select Live Transcribe
• Choose your desired subscription option

How to downgrade immediately

• You will first have to stop/cancel your current subscription and then re-subscribe to the new one.
  • To stop/cancel the yearly subscription, please ask for a refund here.
  • To re-subscribe, please follow these steps:
    • Go to iPhone/iPad Settings
    • Tap your name
    • Tap Subscriptions
    • Select Live Transcribe
    • Choose your desired subscription option
