Upgrading or downgrading a subscription
Learn how to upgrade or downgrade your subscription either immediately or at the end of your current billing period.
Upgrading during trial
- Open Live Transcribe and tap "Subscribe Now" on the home screen.
- Click Start Your Subscription
- Confirm your selection by tapping the Subscribe button.
Upgrading after trial
- Open Live Transcribe and tap "Add More Time" on the home screen.
- Select "Manage" next to your current plan.
- Toggle to Monthly or Yearly

Choose a new plan
Downgrade at end of your subscription period
- Go to iPhone/iPad Settings
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Live Transcribe
- Choose your desired subscription option
How to downgrade immediately
- You will first have to stop/cancel your current subscription and then re-subscribe to the new one.
- To stop/cancel the yearly subscription, please ask for a refund here.
- To re-subscribe, please follow these steps:
- Go to iPhone/iPad Settings
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Live Transcribe
- Choose your desired subscription option
