Modes overview

Live Transcribe offers three transcription modes—Basic, Pro, and Ultra—designed to fit different environments and needs. Whether you're having a quiet, in-person conversation or trying to capture speech from across a room, you can choose the mode that works best for you. Each option balances accuracy, features, and cost to give you flexibility and control.

Pro

Pro provides a set number of hours per month depending on your plan and allows you to transcribe at a distance with higher accuracy. You can buy more hours as needed within a month for $1.49 USD per Pro hour. To do this, press ‘Add More Time’ on the home screen.
To use Pro, select Pro next to the large "Transcribe" button

Ultra

Ultra uses the power of Pro, but separates speaking voices by color coding them.
To use Ultra, select Ultra next to the large "Transcribe" button or To use Ultra, or tap the “pro” bubble at top of screen while transcribing to see option to switch to “Ultra”

Basic

Basic provides unlimited hours and is meant for in-person conversations within 3 ft with minimal background noise.
To use Basic, select Basic next to the large "Transcribe" button
