Managing Transcripts

Transcripts will automatically save when you tap on the 'X' to close your transcript in the top right corner. Recent transcripts will show up on the home screen. To find saved transcripts, go to:

• Menu (top left)
• Select Transcripts

Deleting Transcripts

• From the Menu (top left), tap Transcripts
• Swipe left on the transcription you want to delete

Alternatively, when you're inside a transcription, tap the trash can button (top right) to delete it.

*Please note, once deleted, the transcription cannot be retrieved. To uphold privacy, we do not store transcripts in the cloud — they are saved locally on your device.

Printing/Sharing Transcripts

While you can’t print directly from the app, many users choose to email the transcript to themselves and print it from there.

• Tap on the transcription and then tap the share button (top right, looks like a box with an upward arrow).
